This case study features Joe Snodgrass who works for Orscheln Properties and runs his own design and construction consulting firm. Joe is based in Moberly in the heart of Missouri. He uses our ArielVision SketchUp rendering extension.
September 27th, 1866, is considered the birthdate of Moberly. The town is named after Colonel William E. Moberly, the first president of the Chariton and Randolph Railroad Company.
Hello Joe! Tell us a little about yourself.
I work full time for Orscheln Properties, a property management and development firm. I also have my own design and construction consulting firm, jdsnodgrass LLC – Outline Consultants, that I started prior to joining the Orscheln team.
What sets Orscheln apart from others in the niche?
By teaming up with a selected group of design professionals and design/build contractors, we are able to handle and coordinate initial project concepts and budgeting, taking the project through the complete design and permitting process, and finally providing construction management services for our clients.
When did you start using SketchUp and ArielVision?
I think I started using ArielVision back in 2015. I have been using SketchUp much longer than that.
